The illegal beagle strikes again

Mona loves to steal your spot. If you get up from your seat, expect to find a guilty looking beag (yes I said beag) when you get back. This was taken a few months ago. See that guilty look? This photo was previously titled "Queenie" for obvious reasons

Well this morning, I sleepily got out of bed, walked right back in only to find this ridiculousness going on...

She is not allowed on the bed, and she knows it too, but who could disturb an angelic looking beagle like this....

Beagle Saddle?

So you know that really ramen looking yarn I posted awhile ago? Well its been sitting there, too weird to do anything with, so I decided to learn a new stitch with it. I won't be buying any more of that yarn, so I ended up with an awkard square because I didn't want to make a scarf. So for this post's sake, we will call it the Beagle Saddle. If Mona liked blankets like other beagles I know, this might be perfect. This also falls into my series of 60's posts. I think I might have bought the retro fabric and this yarn on the same day. It's cute, maybe I should have made a scarf. Too late now, this yarn is not forgiving, try to undo 1 stitch you've got yourself into a nightmare. But the blanket could get me in trouble with other bloggers such as "What not to crochet." I hope I never land myself on there. They make fun of what people crochet and list their posts by "fug" category. It's quite hilarious. You should check it out

The Herder

Mona never used to be a hungry beagle, but with age, she has come to love food. So in the mornings she will herd you to her food bowl. The moment you get out of bed she gets behind you and starts walking at a faster pace. The picture looks so innocent, but don't let it fool you, she's a sneaky beag.

sketchup dream

I had a sketchup (3d modeling program) dream last night that I thought I would share with you. So, in reality mona was snoring so loud. I think I was halfway between consciousness and subconciousness. But I kept trying to resolve the snoring with a sketchup command. First I drew a soundproof box around her. That didnt work, so I tried finding a mute command (there wasn't one, but I could have sworn I had seen it before), then I tried deleting layers because I thought it would help her breathe better. This all sounds completely ridiculous as I type it out. But thats how dreams go. She finally stopped snoring when the birds started chirping. Now its time to start my day!
